Sustainability - Where nature is breathing.
MIOS is designed to fulfill sustainability goals of the future - The heat and warm water supply in the MIOS apartments is realized with a high share of biogas. Supply is covered by the districts and the cities long-distance heating grid. As a result the buildings achieve a primary energy factor, which fulfills the climate goals of 2030.
Environmentally-conscious and cost-saving design.
The monolithic design as well as the used construction materials fulfill high-quality and favorable constructional properties. Additional insulating layers are not required. Instead an insulating mineral plaster is used to complement the excellent properties of the materials. MIOS is designed for a sustainable future, while being cost effective.
