A typical listed building, 36 apartments, historical charme, half renovated and then neglected- these were the key parameters of the KNORRPROMENADE 1 when Eqviva started the project. The special challenge that had to be mastered was that all companies already involved in the construction should complete their contract. Successfull project management - in 2012 the refurbishment was completed.
